Lemon Rosemary Gin Fizz

Lemon Rosemary Gin Fizz Coctail

[Lemon Rosemary Simple Syrup + Monkey 47 Gin]

Spice up a classic ginn fizz cocktail with rosemary and lemon. For this recipe I am using homemade Lemon Rosemary Simple Syrup and Monkey 47 gin from the Schwarzwald (the Black Forest). Yes, a German gin! It got its name from using 47 botanicals and not from 47% ABV. The scents reminds me of a fresh green forest and my first sip was softer than I first thought. The taste: intense and complex. I am in love with Monkey 47.
